SolarShop Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions were last updated on 19/11/07. Use of our
website and the sale and purchase of goods from the website are governed
by our terms and conditions as set out below.
1. Description of Goods
Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures,
information and prices are accurate, we do not accept liability for
any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from
those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology.
2. Payment Methods & Prices
You may purchase products from this site using Paypal and all major
credit and debit cards. All other payment methods must be agreed before
purchase.

All prices are in G.B. pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.
Prices are subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price.
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.
3. Sales Tax
If required Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated based on shipping destination
and will be included in the price. For orders shipped to destinations
outside the EU orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duty.
These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for
payment of these taxes or duties.
4. Delivery Arrangements
Normal delivery is within seven - ten business days subject to availability.
We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within
this timescale. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact
you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped
when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product.
Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time, in working days.
5. Guarantee
All products supplied are covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee.

6. Your Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of
delivery and return the goods supplied to us for a refund of the price
of the goods. You must notify us in writing during this period of your
intention to cancel by

Any goods supplied must be returned to address above at your own expense within the seven days of your notice to cancel. Providing the goods are returned in their original condition, you will receive a refund of the price of the goods within 30 days of giving us your notice to cancel.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If, however, the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.
